The processing width of AFYM20 covers mainstream large sheet metal sizes within 2.0 meters, and is compatible with stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and other materials. It is especially suitable for processing long/heavy sheet metal parts (such as 2-meter industrial cabinets, large equipment shells, long ventilation duct sheet metal):
The ultra-wide work surface can stably carry large workpieces of 2.0 meters × 1.2 meters, avoiding splicing errors caused by segmented processing;

Automatic unmanned connection: The multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm with a maximum load of 20kg can complete the full-process operation of "bin pickup → multi-station bending → finished product sorting", achieving semi-unmanned production with a single device;
Dynamic adaptation of long workpieces: The robotic arm and the bending mechanism are linked in real time through the CNC system to automatically adjust the grabbing posture and bending path for multi-section bending of 2-meter-long workpieces to avoid workpiece deformation and interference;
Fast production change: Supports the pre-storage of more than 50 sets of processing technology parameters. When switching large workpieces of different types, the robotic arm path and bending parameters can be called with one click, and the production change time is shortened to less than 5 minutes.
