This equipment has a processing length of 1.3 meters and can be adapted to a variety of metal materials such as stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and carbon steel plates. It is especially suitable for processing workpieces that require multi-sided folding - the ruffle knife design added on both sides of the tool is compatible with semi-finished workpieces that have "completed single-sided folding" to avoid secondary clamping errors.

Supports two data interaction methods: it can not only transmit processing data through the host computer to realize automatic tool assembly, but also can use the wire encoder / grating ruler to automatically collect dimensional information to complete tool adaptation;
It can automatically plan the optimal bending direction according to the length and width of the plate, and quickly complete the tool combination, which solves the pain points of traditional bending machines such as "labor-intensive tool changing and inaccurate positioning".

The equipment adopts a self-developed electronic control system and is equipped with low-voltage electrical appliances from Schneider and Japan's Izumi, which ensures maximum stability. It is also equipped with a 12-axis Inovance servo motor, which has fast response speed, strong output power, and takes into account processing accuracy and efficiency. Compared with traditional equipment, it can achieve "multiple-sided bending in one positioning", and the consistency of the finished product is greatly improved; the full servo drive is also energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and there is no risk of oil leakage from hydraulic equipment.
