The material used for welding parts is carbon steel, which has a much better elastic modulus and mechanical properties than the cast iron material used for castings.
The pressing part is a complete structure that will not deform during operation. The bending and forming mechanism is also connected to the overall structure with articulated shafts,which has higher accuracy, moree fficient action, and stronger stability.

The traditional view is that the vibration absorption performance of cast iron parts is better than that of welded parts, but in fact, it is not. For complex structural components, the internal damping mainly comes from the friction between the joint surfaces (welding surfaces) of the structural components. So, in general, the vibration absorption performance of welded parts is almost the same as that of cast iron parts. The compression part moves on the guide rail, and the bending resistancee ffect of the compression is not good.The bending and forming mechanism also operates through horizontal and vertical linear guides, and its ability to withstand heavy loads is average.
